Spreading Some Holiday Cheer

 

We are a family at VWMC and as such, we always want to give back together.  This past holiday season, a few of us were able to gather together to help out those less fortunate with some bell ringing—as only the rocking VWMC Staffers can!

Thanks to all of you, Orientation 2009 at VWMC was a raging success! We are beyond excited to get the season started and luckily, we only have to wait a few more weeks! The site is updated often during the season, so always make sure to check back for the latest info, availability sheets, pictures, payroll schedule and the most updated show schedule.  We want you to be in the know!

 

Also, please make sure to check out our “Questions, Comments?” link to the left.  If you ever have a question, comment, concern—or praise that you’d like to share either anonymously or not you can easily contact venue management via that link.  As we’ve said before, we are one big family here at VWMC so we always want you to get your voice heard!

 

 

May 2009 Newsletter—UPDATE

 

In case you haven’t seen it, make sure to check out the May 2009 Employee Newsletter.  In the newsletter you’ll find lots of info specifically for YOU!  This month’s issue included topics such as paycheck pickup, how to get extra hours, Woofstock, May birthdays and more! 

 

One important note is that there is a typo in the newsletter in relation to paycheck pickup.  The correct information is….

 

***Paycheck pickup occurs from 12:00pm-4:00pm.  The next paycheck pickup date is Friday, May 29 – the day before Nine Inch Nails.  All checks that are not picked up by 4:00pm on Friday, May 29 will be mailed.  There are no exceptions. ***

 

 

 

Orders have been received and we are told they will be in next week.  Once they are in, they’ll be distributed to those to ordered on the exit—hopefully beginning with those who work the Phish concert.

August and September Availability Sheets

 

Availability sheets for August and September are now available here.  To ensure that you are scheduled to work for the month of August and September, please fill out these forms and submit them by July 10th.  If you do not fill out each form and submit it by July 10th, you will not be scheduled for those months.
