Ushers will greet our customers as they enter the pavilion and also serve as point of crowd control as they also are stationed at the tops and bottoms of aisles throughout the pavilion. Ushers should, much like ticket takers, greet everyone with a smile, point patrons in the direction of their seat, be proactive and try to help a patron that may look like he or she needs help before being asked, and of course enjoy the music and interaction! |

If you are a people person and you like to help others, then this is the department for you! The Guest Services department is made up of two essential functions: Ticket Scanners and Ushers. Ticket Scanners are responsible for greeting guests politely as they arrive at the gates, scanning their tickets, pointing them in the direction of their seats or whatever else they may be looking for, answering any questions that they may have, while being proactive and lending a hand whenever needed. |

Those employees that develop a good rapport with customers may earn opportunities to work at other exciting venues such as the Murat Theatre and The Lawn at White River State Park.
Starting pay rate for Guest Services: $7.25 per hour
