Our VIP Special Services Department is a very important group that deals directly with the venue's VIP's and the VIP program as a whole. VWMC VIP's are permitted to park in a private lot, have access to the VIP Club, private restrooms, as well as Season Seats and Box Seats. VIP employees are here to ensure that our VIP's are well taken care of while they attend events at the venue. |

VIP responsibilities include scanning tickets, issuing wristbands for any particular night's event, securing and ensuring the integrity of our VIP's box seats and season seats, as well as assisting in the parking of our VIP's vehicles as they enter and exit the premises.

The VIP employees are a part of what we refer to as the "VIP Experience." It is very important that we take good care of our VIP's so that they, like all of customers, will want to return for a great experience show after show and year after year!
